Choudhury Rudra Charan Mohanty is currently leading the global networking for EST, 3R, and IPLA projects as an Environment Programme Coordinator/Expert. Prior to joining UNCRD in April 2003, he worked in the United Nations Environment Programme/Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific, Thailand, for ten years as a Senior Programme Officer/Head of Environment Assessment and Reporting.
